The Kenya Tong-IL Moo-Do Federation joins the nation in mourning the tragic passing of renowned long-distance runner and marathon world record holder, Kelvin Kiptum. News of his untimely death has sent shockwaves through the country and the sporting world at large.
“Receiving the news of Kelvin Kiptum’s death at such a time is so untimely and heartbreaking,” expressed Master Clarence Ingalwa Mwakio, 5th Dan, President of the Kenya Tong-IL Moo-Do Federation and Africa Tong-IL Moo-Do Federation.
He further stated, “As a long-distance runner and the marathon world record holder, Kenya has lost a true champion. On behalf of the Kenya Tong-IL Moo-Do Federation, I register my deepest condolences to his family, sports fraternity, and Kenya at large.”
